2) Answer a few questions about yourself and get your online fitness assessment
3) Start with Program 1 and progress to Program 3
4) Each program will have workout routines that are to be performed within a set period of time. To help clients stay on track, an online Fitness Accountability Form is provided.
5) To move on to the next program or level of fitness, clients must take the Fitness Quiz for each program. This short quiz consists of:
Identifying the correct or incorrect way of doing an exercise
A few True/False or Multiple Choice Questions on various articles
posted on our website and fitness lessons given in each program
Affirmation of doing all of the exercises in the program on schedule
6) At the end of Program 3, each client will receive a "Fitness Achievement Award" and access to our Fitness Routines Library.
