Meet your Trainer

Hi, I'm Rev. Dr. Sheila Walker, an ordained minister who discovered that
fitness was essential to over-all well being ... body, soul and spirit.

It started as a ministry to myself. Aside from the call of God on my life,
I realized that I had a lot of ambition. My list of "want to do in life" was
extensive. But I had to be in good health and in good shape to accomplish
these goals both for God and myself.

Not feeling good, being overweight and tired prompted me to fitness.
Fitness has become a lifestyle for me with life changing benefits.

Fitness
does improve your spirituality and it helps control emotions and
your outlook on life. It not only improves your appearance it changes
how you feel about yourself because your confidence level increases.
You'll see better performances of your daily activities as you learn and
practice healthy habits.

Being a mature woman and minister, it's my deepest desire to have the
women of God experience Him and His will for us through fitness. I
believe that it is our responsibility to care for our body just as we do our
spirit. By doing so, our soul becomes more satisfied simply because
we're happier. I know for certain that working out is good for the body,
soul and spirit. It works for me and it will certainly work for you!
