How much does it cost?
Personal Trainers can charge $35 per half hour to $75 - $85 a full hour. Clients usually purchase sessions in groups of 6 weeks (when a client starts to really see results). After completing sessions clients are expected to purchase another group of sessions. And the cycle continues adding up to hundreds of dollars.

Why can't I just do Cardio Exercises to lose weight?
You will lose weight by doing cardio exercises but chances are you'll regain most of that weight back. By combining weight training you'll burn excess body fat and maintain lean body mass. This will give your body the energy it needs for its normal functions. Cardio with strength training along with a healthy diet is the correct prescription for a sound fitness regimen.
What's the difference between this on-line site and others?
Our on-line training has three programs that teach dynamics of fitness starting at a beginner's level and progressing to more advance levels. Each program has animated exercise demonstrations to ensure proper technique. They also have several lessons in fitness with a short quiz to challenge and instill pride in our members. At the end of the third program members receive an Fitness Lifestyle Award commemorating their commitment to living a Fitness Lifestyle.
